The bar/restaurant is located on a street and in a neighborhood known for food and collectively bring in a steady stream of Portland foodies and bar patrons throughout the day and evening. Other competitors in the area help drive shared business. This is a highly visible corner location with outdoor seating and the kitchen design allows for an efficient operation and can accommodate virtually any concept moving forward. The landlord is excellent to work with.
